Ezine Publishing Tutorial - Master The Basics Of Profitable Email Marketing

In this article I would like to go over the basics that are
required to succeed with ezine publishing. If you would
like to run a successful internet business this is one of
the most important aspects of your business. Often this
part of a business is overlooked and your business does not
end up making as much profit as it should.

I am going to go over the following steps which will
improve the responsiveness of your subscribers and also
your sales.

1) Craft a focused email

Often when you write an email you will try to include too
many things in your email. For example if you are referring
to one web site only include a link to that particular web
site. If you put other links in your emails the likely
result is that nobody will actually click on your link.
Similarly do not try and address to many topics as you are
most likely to bombard your prospect with too much
information. With the increase in emails that we receive
today you have less time to read each individual email.

2) Write an attention grabbing subject line

The important of the subject line cannot be underestimated.
Often emails are not read because the email does not stand
out in comparison with other emails in your inbox. Just
take a look at your existing email. How many emails look
like spam with little value or just do not catch the
attention of the reader.

3) Continually surprise the readers of your ezine

If you send email offer after email offer to your reader
they will get bored of your email and unsubscribe from your
newsletter. You need to keep them continually on their
toes. Send surprise gifts, free reports and useful tips
that they can use.
