Make Money From Home - Your Step-By-Step Guide Part 1

If you want to make money from home, you have 2 main choices:

One: Make money online.

Two: Make money off line ie not using your computer.

In this article I will cover how to make money online, and in my next article, part 2, I will cover making money off line.

So, here is something vital you need to ask yourself (and then I will show you how to make the money!

How much do you want to earn and how much time can you put into your home-based business?

Because your answer to those questions will help you determine which route to make money from home is best for you.

If your answer is something like "I want to make $2000 - $5000+ a month, passive income and I have plenty of time to build my business" then I would recommend you: either create your own website (no previous experience required) or get involved with affiliate marketing. This is where you sell other people's products online, without needing to buy anything yourself or deal with customers. These are both my favorite ways to make money online.

If your answer is "I just want to make a lot of money fast and I don't have much time" I would recommend you consider making money with AdWords. This is an online advertising program. You will need a budget for this and I recommend you set it very low while you are testing whether your ad campaign works. What products can you advertise? The most economic route is to become an affiliate (as recommended in the last paragraph) and sell other people's information products.

If your answer is "I simply want some extra part-time income and I don't want to learn new stuff" I would suggest you try doing online surveys. It's a straightforward simple way to make some extra cash. You know how people sometimes approach you in the street with their clipboards wanting to ask you questions for market research? This is an online version of that. Companies need people's opinions and will pay for them. They save money doing this online because they don't have to pay someone to ask you the questions!

If you like sharing your thoughts and opinions with the world, and would like to get paid for doing so, I suggest you make money blogging. A blog is simply an online journal really which you can set up for free. So, if you are financially challenged this could be a good option to start with. You make money with the blog from adverts and links you place on the blog.

With all these money-making methods it's best to find a niche to blog about, or advertise. Otherwise there's too much competition and it could take you ages to actually make money. For instance, you will do better with a niche subject like bridal chokers rather than jewelry which is too broad a subject.

You also need to understand that keywords play a vital role in the success of any blogger or affiliate marketeer. Wordtracker do a good tool to help you with keywords. I recommend you don't focus too much on the most popular keywords because, again, there's probably too much competition for them. Go for the more obscure ones and you are more likely to get good results!

Final tip: If you feel passionate about your business success will surely follow.

Blogging to the Bank 2 - Another Honest Review

It was bound to happen... Rob Benwell has just released Version 2 of his highly acclaimed Blogging To The Bank package. In Blogging To The Bank 2, Rob has developed a new and improved step-by-step manual that is chocked full of his methods for earning as much as $34,000 per month from blogs.

Blogging To The Bank 2 is a very well written ebook that features some great tips and strategies that anyone can use to make a substantial income using blogs.

In this review I am going to outline some of the pros and cons of the recently released Blogging To The Bank 2.

Pros:

1. Long-Term Profits - In most of the blogging courses being sold on the internet, the techniques being taught only result in short term profits. Meaning, you make money from them but after awhile it dies down to a slow trickle of profits. In Rob's new ebook, he shows you how to get profits that will last a lot longer.

2. Proof - Blogging To The Bank 2 has been tested against the most popular blogging courses and software to determine just how it stacks up. Rob Benwell even shows side-by-side how his system compares to those other courses. How many other courses will do that for you?

3. Secret Blogging Weapon - On page 18 of the ebook Rob gives you his secret blogging weapon. This is what helped him to achieve the amount of profits he makes every month from blogging.

4. Wordpress or Blogger - This age old question has been answered in Blogging To The Bank 2. Rob tells you which one you should be using to make the most money using his brand new system.

Cons:

1. Limited Time Bonuses - Right now when you purchase Blogging To The Bank 2, Rob is offering you bonuses valued at over $1,800. These bonuses are of great value and will definitely help you get started using his system right away. If you don't act fast, you may miss them. If you are reading this review too late then you have probably missed your chance.

2. No Video Tutorials - Personally I like to watch videos! In Blogging To The Bank 2, there aren't any video tutorials to help the absolute blogging novice to get started. There are plenty of screen shots which do provide some assistance, but I think the addition of video tutorials would have been and absolute treat.

3. Additional Blogging Resources - When I looked at the ebook, I didn't notice any additional blogging resources. There are some plugins that should be added especially if you are using Wordpress for your blogging platform.

My overall opinion of Rob Benwell's Blogging To The Bank 2 is that is an excellent resource for those who want to learn how to set up long-term profit pulling blogs. You can't go wrong by owning a copy. It is a proven fact that blogging allows for anyone to tap into traffic sources that regular websites can't. My advice to you is to go and grab a copy today!

Get started blogging and profiting right now!

Blog - Make Money From Your Blog Today

Want to make money with your blog? Perhaps you set up your blog with that intention, but you're disappointed, because to date you haven't earned a cent.

Chances are that you're not using your blog to best effect. If you want to earn an income, then you need to set that as your goal. Top bloggers are earning five figures from their blogs each month: they do that by selling.

You can make money today when you learn to sell. Here's how, in five steps.

1. The Web Is a Giant Marketplace. Join in, and Sell

The Web is a marketplace. People look for information, and they buy. To make money with your blog you need something to sell and traffic. Over time, you'll sell money things from your blog, but start today with just one thing.

2. Choose Something You Want to Sell

What will you sell?

Once your blog is established, and you're getting traffic each day, you can sell advertising. The more traffic you get, the more you can charge. However, most new blogs don't get enough traffic to make an income from advertising. You need to sell a product.

Choose a product which has an affiliate program. There are many affiliate networks with hundreds of thousands of products you could profitably sell. ClickBank is a popular network with great digital products; they're easy to sell, and (depending on your location) you get money paid into your bank account each week.

Find an affiliate product, sign up for the affiliate program, and start selling.

Tip: Choose an affiliate product you actually use. It's very hard to promote a product convincingly if you don't know much about it.

3. Write a Review

Next, help the people who are searching for the product you're selling by writing a review of it. Describe the product, how it performs in use, and its good and bad points. Be honest in your review.

Tip: Use the word "review" in your blog post. People usually search for reviews using terms like "[product] review."

4. Use the Social Networking Sites to Get Traffic

If you're not familiar with social networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and StumbleUpon, start using them today. They can bring you traffic 24 hours a day, and they'll start a flow of traffic to your review as soon as you post it.

5. Repeat!

Repeat the steps from 2 to 4 above. You'll soon be joining the ranks of top bloggers, now you know how to sell from your blog.

The Do's and Don'ts of Blogging

Setting up and maintaining a web site is now standard practice for small to mid-sized businesses looking to establish their online presence and increase sales.

However, as content generation and management began to take on a life of it's own, businesses had to adopt for efficient online communications.

Enter blogging; a cheap yet more effective way of communicating with customers and getting new business. A cross between a newsletter and a press conference, a blog is essentially an online content management system that provides relevant news and information using a streamlined publishing process.

Not only that; blogs are also a great way of linking your customers to other relevant sites including other areas of your primary business. Blogs are versatile - news, views, and fresh content can be accompanied by videos, audio clips and photographs. And for the business owner who is constantly on the go, they can be updated anytime and anywhere. No need to wait for the tech guy to update or add content.

Blogs, in essence, represent an opportunity to reach out to local as well as global customers any time. For customers, they represent an excellent platform for researching the latest product offerings as well as to voice concerns about a product they've already bought.

To help you get started on your blogging, follow the below dos and don'ts:

Do visit other relevant blogs and make a list of the features you like and dislike. This will help you get a better picture about what you are doing right or wrong with your blog.

Do establish good, solid RSS feeds for newsreader syndication.

Don't restrict your blog to pricing only.

This is not a catalog. Customers come to visit to read interesting information and latest news about the product or service you are offering.

Do keep your pricing on your website unless you're offering a special.

Do get a catchy URL that is relevant to your blog and your website.

Don't confuse your visitors. Make it easy to remember you.

Do take the time to learn about blogging or hire a professional. It's a small price to pay for a blog that's compliant, catchy, and fun.

Don't clutter your blog with ads - especially pop-ups. You will annoy most readers and lose many others. Keep only what you think your customers will be interested in.

Don't use animations or anything else that will distract your readers.

Do keep your blog simple and user-friendly.

10 Blogging Tips For Successful Blogging

Millions of people are blogging today, but lots of them are simply "surviving" instead of having fun and earning money by blogging. I have put together 10 tips that will help you run your blog, get more readers and achieve higher rankings!

1. Write about something that you are personally passionate about. This is the only way to keep your blog engaging, fun, and full of fresh content. Unless you are running a corporate blog, write about people that you met today, a book that you are going to read tomorrow - you got the idea. Write that entertain you without a specific number of subscribers that you want to achieve. Your motivation for blogging should be beyond that fact.

2. Running contest to get subscribers is not a way to get loyal readers. The only way to build a quality traffic is by providing a steady stream of content for at least a couple of years. You can spend hundreds of dollars for prizes in exchange for subscribing to your RSS or email, but your "winners" will leave your blog as soon as you give away the prizes. So, there are not shortcuts here.

3. You should make a list of things that you want to blog about. Open these categories and add one more to cover everything that goes beyond your main categories. For example, the Wagg.it blog is about blog promotion and blog promotion tips. But I am dining out and meeting very interesting people every week, so I decided to add 2 more categories: Living in SF and Digital Business World.

4. Use Flickr and Picnik accounts for easy blogging. These two will make your blogging possible in just one click. You take a picture (in my case with 3G iPhone), send it to your Flickr account and editing it by using "Picnik" option. Then you can add some text and publish your new blog post without even leaving Flickr!

5. Open an account on Entrecard.com. There are many complaints that traffic from this site is "bounced" and people don't spend more than 3 seconds on a blog, but it is a good and yet free way to let bloggers find your blog. While some bloggers just "drop" cards, other bloggers stop by and read and after a while you will notice that the number of your readers have increased!

6. If you have at least one blog, it makes perfect sense to set up one more blog. You learn everything and get necessary skills and experience with your first blog, and your every other blog is as easy as 1-2-3. For example, one of my new blogs is just a week old, but I didn't spent much time on it since I knew how to do it.

7. Add your blog's URL to your favorite "social" accounts, such as Digg, Wagg, Propeller etc

8. Add your blog's URL to the most trafficked forums and your traffic will dramatically increase in case you follow basic rules: ask questions, share your expertise and never get involved in conflict situations.

9. Bookmark your blog posts! I wouldn't recommend bookmarking every blog posts, but if you think that you wrote something valuable that might be interesting for people, go ahead and bookmark it! For saving your time and efforts, use the Wagg.it SEO services.

10. Offer advertising space on your blog and paid reviews in order to monetize your blog. Mention that you have different ad options in "About Us" or "Contact Us" sections as well.
